Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), Bhopal is going to conduct Jail Department Recruitment Test 2015. Earlier the board had invited applications for total 871 posts under advt 87/2015. The selection for these posts is to be done through written examination to be held on 05, 06, 08, 09, 10 & 11 December 2015. The latest news is that admit cards for Jail Department exam are available from 23 November 2015.
Earlier the board had invited applications for these for which the last date to apply was 20 September 2015. The Last date to edit application form was 24 September 2015.
Last time in 2014, total 73290 candidates had applied for this test out of which 52724 candidates appeared for the exam. Maximum candidates were from Gwalior followed by Indore. 2818 Candidates were selected for second round and finally 337 were selected.
The written exam will be of objective type conducted offline but this time may be conducted online.
There will be 200 MCQ objective type questions carrying 1 mark each. Questions will be asked from 5 subjects i.e. Hindi, English, Maths, general science & general knowledge. Each section will have 40 questions. All the questions will be of high school level.
