Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) has been conducted by Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) on 13 December 2015. It had invited applications for this test for which the last date was on 23 November 2015. The exam is held to find eligibility of aspirants for being appointed at TGT, PRT teachers in Govt. schools of Punjab.
Admit Card release date - 06-12-2015 (Sunday)
Conduct of written Examination - 13-12-2015 (Sunday)
All questions will be objective type (MCQ), with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct. There will be 150 questions having 150 marks. Each carrying one mark and there will be no negative marking.
PSTET will consist of two papers.
(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
(ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Note: A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II)

Candidate shall enter his/her Username and password for getting printout of his/her Admit Card. Please note that admit cards will not be sent to the candidates by Post. Candidates have to download them and get a printout. They must carry admit card and also one additional photo identity such as a driving license, college/university identity card, pan card etc. to the examination center on the day of the Examination.
