Railway Recruitment Boards had successfully conducted written examination for the posts of Junior Engineers in August / September 2015. Eligible and interested candidates had appeared for this test against Advt. CEN No. 1/2015. Approx. 15 lakh candidates had appeared for this test.
Now the latest news is that RRB Chennai, Siliguri, Bangalore, Muzaffarpur and Thiruvananthpuram had announced the results.
The written test was successfully held for the posts of JE Depot Material Superintendent Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant at various centres all over the country. After exam, RRB will release Merit list / List of Shortlisted Candidates for online written test.
The online exam consist of questions based on General Intelligence and reasoning, General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Science and Technical Ability which are all objective type . The test paper include 150 questions out of which 90 will be from General Science and Technical Ability section.
As far as the selection Procedure is concerned, it consists of single stage exam. Candidates will be selected on merit in written exam. There will be no interview for these posts. Qualified eligible candidates will be selected for the posts after document verification.
