Delhi Police invites Online applications for Temporary posts of Head Constable (Assistant Wireless Operator / Tele-printer Operator). These posts are of Level 4 in pay matrix (Rs. 25500-81100). Male & Female citizens of India can apply for these posts from 28 December 2019 to 27 January 2020.

Educational & Professional requirements:
Candidate should be 12th class pass with math and science subjects OR National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Mechanic-cum-Operator Electronic Comm. system trade. The professional requirements include English word processing speed of 1000 key depressions in 15 minutes. Also candidate should have basic knowledge of Computer functions as mentioned in advt. There are some physical requirements also for these posts.

Fee: Applicants can submit only online applications. Application fee is Rs. 100 for candidates except SC/ST/ESM/All category female. Selection is to be done through 4 stages i.e. Written exam, PE&MT, Trade test and Test of computer proficiency and basic operations.

The online computer based written exam will  have 100 objective questions with no negative marking for wrong answers. There are 5 parts in paper which have questions from General Science, General Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics, Computer (fundamentals, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, www, browsers, Communication etc.). Each question is of 1 mark. Total time of the paper is 90 minutes.
