FCI Manager Salary 2022 as per Pay Scale Rs. 40000-140000

A new appointed candidate on Manager post in FCI, is placed as Management Trainee. The candidate is put in training period of 6 months. During this training period, he/she is given stipend at the rate of Rs. 40000/- (Forty thousand only) per month. After the training period gets over successfully, they will be considered for absorption as Managers in IDA pay scale of Rs. 40000-140000.

Manager Salary Structure in FCI:

  • Stipend during Training of 6 months: Rs. 40000 (no allowances given).
  • Pay Scale after successful training:  IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000.
  • Starting basic pay on the post of Manager: Rs. 40000
  • Total Salary (in starting) after adding all allowances: Around 69500-76700 depending on place of posting and allowances given.
  • In Hand Salary: Rs. 63500-70600 per month.

All Advertised FCI Manager Posts carry IDA pattern pay scales and usual allowances such as DA on percentage basis, HRA, Leave Travel facilities etc. 
Allowances and Perks: 
  • IDA Dearness Allowance rate: 32.5 percent of basic pay from 01 July 2022 i.e. Rs. 13000
  • HRA rates : Rs. 3600 or 7200, Rs. 10800 depending on place of posting.
  • Entertainment Allowance: Rs. 2400
  • House Keep up Allowance: Rs. 4000
  • Driver Allowance (if applicable): Rs. 2000
  • Family Maintenance Allowance: Rs. 2000
  • Domestic Assistance: Rs. 2000
If total percentage exceeds 32% of basic pay, Allowances may be restricted.

Other Benefits includes CPF, Gratuity, Leaves, Medical expenses, Annual increment 3% of basic pay
Total Salary / Gross Emoluments vary depending on place of posting. 
During Training of 6 months, Candidates are also eligible for reimbursement of Train/Bus fare as per rules. Daily allowance can be given for visits to field offices and/ or other offices during training. Training Period shall not be counted as work experience. The seniority of Management Trainees will be determined through Merit order in which they are selected as manager. After training they will be put on probation in regular IDA pay Scale.

Bond: Appointed candidate has to execute a bond of 1,00,000- (Rs. One lakh only) at the time of joining to serve the corporation for Minimum 3 years.
