- Accounts Clerk cum Typist: Transactions checking and maintaining data
- Junior Time Keeper: Assisting Senior Time Keeper in keeping details of trains arrival and departure
- Trains clerk: Maintaining general records of trains
- Commercial cum Ticket Clerk: issuing tickets through CRS / UTS
- Traffic Assistant: train movement, Tracking traffic and signal related work
- Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk: Ticket issuing and checking
- Junior Clerk cum Typist: Assisting senior clerks in work operations
- Senior Clerk cum Typist: Supervise clerical operations, assigning work to junior clerks
- Junior Account Assistant cum Typist: bill clearing, budget analysis, purchase department and store management and tracking financial irregularities
