Rajasthan Senior Teacher Salary 2024 as Probationary Trainee:

After clearing all the stages of recruitment and getting appointment to this post, probationary period of two years is started. During this period, a fixed remuneration (salary) of Rs. 26500 per month is given without any allowances. However, Leaves and other benefits are given as per Rajasthan service rules. After successful completion of this probation period, candidate will be given salary as per L-11 Pay scale mentioned below.

Rajasthan Senior Teacher (2nd Grade) Salary 2024 after Probationary Period:

Total salary is addition of Basic Pay, DA, HRA and Other Allowances (CCA, TA, Special) if applicable.
Salary Structure:
  • Starting Total Salary of Senior Teacher II posts in Rajasthan (after probationary period) per month: Around Rs. 54100-57600 per month depending on area of posting and allowances.
  • Deductions: Around 6000 (NPS + Other Taxes if applicable)
  • Cash in Hand salary per month: Rs. 48100-51600.
Rajasthan 2nd Grade Teacher Pay Scale
Allowances given:
  • Dearness allowance (34% of Basic pay)
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA) depending on posting area – (8-16% of basic pay)
  • CCA, Special Pay and / or other allowances, if applicable, as per rules of Rajasthan govt.
