Fatehabad was founded in 14th century by Firoz Shah Tughlaq and located in the south-western part of Haryana. It was named after Fateh Khan, the son of Firoz Shah Tughlaq. Its important places includes Ancient sites of Banawali, Bhirrana and Kunal along with Ashok Pillar, Humayun Mosque, Lat of Feroz Shah. It shares boundries with Hisar, Sirsa & Jind districts.
