Department of Labour & Employment, Govt of Himachal Pradesh (HP), has released notification regarding Revised Daily wages for Part time / Daily Wages Workers with effect from 01 April 2023.
These Daily wage rates has been revised for various Departments under HP Govt.

HP govt has revised the per hour rates of the part time workers / Daily Wage Workers to Rs. 47 per hour w.e.f. 01-04-2023.
These rates are applicable to workers working in various department of HP Govt. These enhanced rates shall also be applicable to PSUs/Universities / Autonomous Bodies / Boards etc. if management of these organizations decide.
HP Daily Wage Rates start from Rs. 375 per day for Mate, Cook, Mali etc. post to Rs. 693 per day for Hydro Geologist post. All those candidates who are engaged in daily wage basis / part time basis in scheduled tribal areas of the state shall be allowed 25% enhancement on revised daily wages.
