JK Junior Assistant Salary during Probation period of 2 years:
Total Salary during 1st 2 year probation period will be minimum of pay scale i.e. Rs. 25500 per month (no allowances given). Appointed candidates shall be governed by the provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir Probationer (Condition of Services, Pay & Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020.
JK Junior Assistant Salary Structure 2024:
- Pay Scale: Level 4 of J&K Pay Matrix (Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay 2400)
- Starting Basic Pay on regular posts after 2 years probation: Rs. 25500 per month
- Starting Total Salary (Permanent / Regular) after probation: Around Rs. 35500-38000 per month depending on area of posting and rate of allowances.
- Net In Hand Salary: Rs. 32300-34800 per month
Allowances given:
- Dearness allowance: 42% of Basic pay
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) depending on posting area – (8-16% of basic pay)
- other allowances, if applicable, as per rules of Jammu & Kashmir Govt Pay Rules.
