RPSC RAS Salary 2024 Pay Scale of All Services Posts at latest 46% DA

Total Salary can be found out by adding Basic Pay with allowances.
Total Salary = Basic Pay + Allowances
Current DA (Dearness Allowance) is given at 46% (Effective from July 2023) + HRA (8-16% of basic pay depending on area of posting) + CCA + Special pay + Other allowances as applicable.
House Rent Allowance (HRA) is given at 16% of Basic pay in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Bikaner while 8% of Basic pay in Remaining Cities, towns and other places in Rajasthan.

Sub Divisional Megistrate (SDM) is one of the main posts under RAS that has the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay 5400. Their total salary in starting can be around Rs. 84000-92000 per month after probation. Those who obtain higher rank can get this post.

During training, an RAS officer can be posted as Assistant Collector and Executive Magistrate. After successful training, they got posted as Sub Divisional Megistrate (SDM) in any district of Rajasthan in the field area or secretariat. Their duties includes responsibility, handling problems & complaints and decision making.

SDM can get 1-2 promotion with first promotion around 8-9 years of service.
