DSSSB Advt 08/22 Recruitment 2022 for 632 Teacher, Librarian Posts

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released vacancy notice advertisement no. 08/22 inviting online forms for 632 various teacher and librarian posts under Directorate of Education (DoE), Govt. of NCT of Delhi. 

Those Indian Citizens who are interested and satisfying the eligibility criteria, can apply online from 19 October 2022 to 18 November 2022 (till 11:59 PM). Quick details of this recruitment are given below.

• Online Registration : From 19 October to 18 November 2022
• Online Exam Date : to be declared

• Assistant Teacher (Primary) : Pay Level 6 , ₹ 35400 – 112400/- (pre-revised ₹ 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay 4200/-) Group: ‘B’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
• TGT, Librarian, Physical Education and Domestic Science Teacher Posts : Pay Level 7, ₹ 44900 – 142400/- (pre-revised ₹ 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay 4600/-) Group: ‘B’ Non-Ministerial

• No fee for Women candidates and Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, PwD (Person with Disability) & Ex-Serviceman category candidates
• Candidates of General / OBC / EWS category: Rs. 100/-

After successful registration, fee can be paid by candidate only through SBI e-pay.

It will be determined on as on 18 November 2022.

Not above 30 years for unreserved.

Upper Age Relaxation for Reserved category:

• SC/ST : 05 years
• OBC : 03 years
• PwD : 10 years
• PwD + SC/ST : 15 years
• PwD + OBC : 13 years
• ESM (Group B & C) : Period of Military service plus 3 years
• Guest/Contract Teachers : actual time spent as contractual employee subject to maximum 5 years.

(i) Librarian : Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Diploma in Library Science with 2 years Experience in Library/computerization of a Library

OR 1 year Certificate in Computer Application or equivalent.

(ii) Assistant Teacher (Nursery) : 1. 12th / Intermediate or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and 2 years Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education programme or B.Ed. (Nursery) from a recognized Institute. Also candidate must have passed Hindi at secondary / 10th class level.

(iii) Trained Graduate Teacher (Computer Science) : BCA OR Graduation in computer science OR B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) OR Graduation in any subject and ‘A’ level course from DOEACC.

(iv) Domestic Science Teacher : (I) Bachelor’s degree and B.Ed. with Domestic Science/Home Science as a Teaching subject.

(v) Physical Education Teacher : Graduate with B.P.Ed or its equivalent.

Candidates will be selected through one tier examination which will be of 200 marks having 200 MCQ questions and 2 hours duration. There will be 20 Questions in section A each of 1 mark. Question will be asked from following :

1. General Awareness

2. General Intelligence & Reasoning ability

3. Arithmetical & Numerical Ability,

4. Test of Hindi Language & Comprehension

5. Test of English Language & Comprehension.

Section – B (100 Marks):- 1 mark MCQ Question from the subject concerned based on post i.e. including questions as per the qualification prescribed for the post / including teaching methodology/B.Ed..

Before submitting forms, candidates must be registered on DSSSB’s portal i.e. dsssbonline.nic.in which is a one time exercise. Candidate will get user ID and password after successful registration. Other modes of application except online, will not be accepted.

Interested candidates should not wait for the last date to submit online form to avoid last minute rush. Before final submission of online form, candidate should ensure that they have filled correct details in each field as no correction will allowed after that.
