State Bank of India (SBI) has released advertisement no. CRPD/ CBO/ 2022-23/22 inviting online forms for 1422 Circle Based Officer (CBO) posts (Regular and Backlog).
Those Indian Citizens who are interested and satisfying the eligibility criteria, can apply online from 18 October 2022. Last date of submitting applications is 07 November 2022. Online written exam will be conducted tentitatively on 04 December 2022. Quick details of this recruitment are given below.

- Between 21-30 years as on 30.09.2022 for Unreserved (born not later than 30.09.2001 and not earlier than 01.10.1992 (both days inclusive))
- 21-35 years for SC/ST
- 21-33 years for OBC NCL
- 21-45 years for PwBD (SC/ST)
- 21-43 years for PwBD (OBC)
- 21-40 years for PwBD (General / EWS)
- 21-35 years for ESM, ECOs, SSCOs
Graduation in any discipline or equivalent qualification including integrated Dual degree or qualification in Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank. Job profile certified by their existing/ previous employer(s) is required to be submitted.
Candidate should be proficient (reading, writing and understanding) in any one of the specified opted local language of that Circle. A test of local language will be conducted by SBI for provisionally selected candidates. Those who studied the specified opted local language of the applied circle as one of the subjects in 10th or 12th class (as shown in mark sheet) will not be required to undergo the language test.

Final selection will be done on the basis of Online Test and Interview. Online exam carry 75% weightage while interview carry 25%. Normalization of marks will be done in preparing final merit list.

In the objective test, total 120 MCQ questions will be asked each carrying one mark. No negative marking will be done in this test for wrong answers.

Descriptive test will be of 30 minutes having 2 questions on Test of
English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) carrying total 50 marks.
