Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will conduct Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023 on 04, 05, 11, 12 February 2023. Admit card is to be available from 03 January 2023 but has been delayed to 09 January 2023. This exam is conducted for admission to Master degree courses in IITs. GATE score is also used by some PSUs for their recruitment.

GATE is the main test for graduates in engineering i.e. Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech. Now IIT Kanpur is going to conduct GATE 2023 examination this year on above said dates. So hall ticket are to be released on 09 January 2023.
The online test will be organized in two sessions i.e. morning (09:30 am to 12:30 pm) and Evening (02:30 pm to 5:30 pm). Any candidate possessing the qualifying marks will become eligible for admission in IITs as well as for jobs in PSU and other big companies (who consider GATE as eligibility). Scheme of GATE 2023 - In Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2023 examination, Various branches examination including AE, AG, AR, BT, CE, CH, CS,CY, EC,EE,EY, GG, IN,MA, ME,MN, MT, PH, PI, TF, XE and XL will be conducted online i.e. candidates have to mark their answers in the online computer based test.
Along with mostly objective type questions, some numerical ability questions will be asked whose answer is to be typed using keyboard. Total 65 questions will be asked carrying 100 marks, out of these, 10 questions carrying a total of 15 marks will be asked from General Aptitude (GA) and rest are from respective branch of the candidate.

To download admit card of GATE 2023 exam, Candidates need to visit the below given direct link. There, they need to enter their enrollment id and password and click on submit to download. After that, they need to take a print of it. Aspirants have to bring printed admit card along with one original photo id proof at the venue of examination.
